Mystery GM V-6

Have a V-6 motor that I would like to find out what it is.It looks like a Buick. It is a V-6,with a early Rochester two barrel.I think a twin-jet.It also has a early points distributor, mounted in the front, angled above the water pump.it also has what looks like small block Chevy valve covers, but for V-6 motors. The casting numbers on the right side of rear of block areB135343G.Could you please tell me what this is,and what year it is ? I'm thinking it might be a Buick motor made for a Jeep. Thanks,Tom Frank
