NA 383 or 177 WEIND 383-Vote

I am building a 54 truck and I am want an easy driver with 13-14mpg when criusing on the highway. The gear is 3.55, 29 inch tires, 700r4 trans, 3000lb truck. I would like to pull my race car several hundred miles to different tracks. i realize MPG is out the window pulling a trailor.
I cant rebuild the 2 bolt for even close to the price of the Summit 383 ready to go block for $650. I have to miss a 1/2 day to get the old motor to the machine shop then 1/2 day to pick it up with traffic---383 4 bolt is by far less expensive.

OPTIONS
A) NA 383 mild cam
B) Weind 177., 383 and mild cam

The most votes WINS!!!

Note: I thought about putting the 177 on my Mopar 496 but the car runs great and its just not the right piston combo. Why fix it if it ain't broke?

If you want to do a poll post, you need to set it up as that from the start in the thread preferences area at the bottom of your posting window.
