Name That Tool

I inherited this automotive tool from my father and I have no clue what it's for. It measures about 18" long. There is no name or numbers on it.

Ideas?

tool name

that tool is for adjusting camber and caster on ford full size cars. locks onto upper control arm shaft and into a hole in frame to pull control arm.
