Post narrow control arms or special wheels?

I need to narrow the front track width to clear my fenders. What is better, using narrowed control arms or buying special super deep offset wheels?

I have a 54' chevy with a 78' Camaro subframe. My front wheels are 15 x 6 with a 4 back space.

Does anyone other than Fatman make the narrowed GM control arms?

How pricey are special order wheels?

That's why I almost always say DO NOT subframe a car. The track width is critical and most folks do not have a clue.
