Well - if the "diversity" program is working so well, why mess with it....
No wait! Didn't I see that about half of the Chase drivers were persons of color? Or Female? Or both?  No? Hmmmm... Kinda makes you wonder about how successful the much-ballyhooed program actually IS, doesn't it? (or is it just 'window dressing"?)
