Nason belongs on tractors and yard ornaments.

At least use Chromabase its decent stuff.

Underground you are dead on with the quality of products going into the Nason line way more than just Binders used, lol!!!

we used Dupont for 35 years and every time we mixed Nason vs Chromabase it always was on a different bank

have some Chromabase mixed and do 2 separate spray cards and that will tell you all you need to know

Shine has said Pro-spray a few times, cant go wrong with it,its excellent stuff use it everyday.

Best of luck Travis

I'm just going with the Spies. I talked to a couple of local shops and they swear by the Spies over Chromabase, they say the matches are better and they feel it is a "richer" color. They replaced their Chromabase banks with Spies.

That's a great choice. I bet if you would have asked them about Nason, they would have laughed you out of the shop.

Where I usually get paint, the guy I usually deal with wasn't available so this other guy was pushing Nason, I told him the vehicle already has Nason on it but i wanted to use one of the better of DuPont's products, he couldn't explain to me the difference between Chromabase and Spies. I've sprayed plenty of both Chromabase and Nason over the years and do know I can usually get by with half as much Chromabase as I can Nason. Did that make sense? It is generally a wash as far as materials money goes but using Chromabase takes a couple of coats of base off the job which is a big time savings.
