Need 350 SBC to 350 Turbo Torque Specs

Can someone tell me what are, or where to find all 350 SBC to Turbo 350 torque specs?

Specifically Torque Converter to Flexplate.

I've read a few posts which mention 'boxwrench.com' and found Flexplate to Crankshaft to be 60lbs, but I can not find torque specs for the torque converter to flexplate. Too many 'torques' in the search window or something.

25 - 30 foot pounds on the 3/8 converter bolts is fine... I suggest a blue (removable) locking chemical on the threads.
