Really need target goals. How fast, driveable, mileage? how much torque converter will you live with, etc.
Your parts sound very good for a street driver/toy. All you really need is a block and rings, maybe bearings, and gaskets. Have a GOOD machine shop check your parts and go from there.
If you have the money, hydraulic roller is much better, not much bigger than your present cam. Only problem is your CR is 10.5-10.6:1, which is ragged edge street with even 92 octane, but doabel with care on the timing curve.
Bigger cam will give lower dynamic compression but hurts streetability.
I have used almost this combo, this cam with very good results. Poor machining, etc. can ruin ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
