Need advice: 38 Pontiac

I am working on a 38 Pontiac 2 dr.sdn.
I want to eliminate the vent windows and install late model power windows and mirrors. My question is has anyone done anything like this? How difficult is it to do it? What do I need to buy so I can do it? I would appreciate any help greatly!

Use a straight edge to see if the window opening is straight across or not. If the main window is at a different angle front to back than the vent window, your going to have problems trying to put a single straight piece of glass in there. getting a curved piece of glass would be $$$$. If there is a curve check with your glass supplier before proceeding.
There are a number of aftermarket P/W setups available. Take you pick.
If you have all your measurements with you when your looking you should be able to find one. You'll need width and height of window, where door supports are to bolt motor to. Also give some thought to switches and where your going to put them so there accessible but won't inter-fear with window.
Your biggest problem with power mirror's would be door thickness. find a mirror with the motor(s) in the mirror and your all set.
