Sorry for the long post but so far this is what i have.

Machined factory 2 bolt roller block (w/main studs)
Scat 9000 crank (did not see a need for a 4340)
probe flat tops
Scat I beams
Comp HE roller rockers 1.6
OE roller setup
Isky 272/282 hydraulic roller .505/.530 (approx .538/.565 w/ 1.6 rocker)
Profiler 195cc heads 72cc chamber
Performer RPM intake
750 eddy carb
TH-400 trans and 3.73 gears
Should be right at 10.27 to 1 static and 8 to 1 dyanmic.
(93 octane at the pump here.)

Do you guys think this will get me where i want to be. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I would GUESS you have your numbers backwards and its more like
400/425hp-450/465 torque. I don't know much about the heads though.
