need air damn i think its called

its a part that finally got ripped off from my 86 trans am bottoming out all the time.its located under the radiator to lift ait up.if someone could tell me the name of this part and where i can get one or even make one,thank you.

I've always referred to it as a "front spoiler", "chin spoiler", "front air dam" or "lower air dam".
