Post need block huggers

I want to put block hugger headers on my chevy engine 350 for my Ford F1 50 pu. Any suggestions on the best for the price coated and I thing it must have 3/8 flanges. I want to get them to set the engine and see how much room there realy is for the steering to the rack. Any suggestions from your experiences is greatly appreciated. Ed ke6bnl@juno.com

I have block hugger headers on my hot rod and they are good except the heat from them slowly cooks your starter. If you put headers on I would put one of those mini starters on at the same time. This gives you more clearance between the header and the starter. Sanderson makes a variety of them, probably one that would fit your application.
