Since it isn't a performance application, a) why go with the 1.6 rockers which put greater stress on the system, and b) why go to mechanical lifters which just add hassle and no benefit for a cruiser? With 10:1 compression you may want to reconsider going any smaller on the cam - may run into detonation problems.
