I don't have any idea about the product, but stirring that stuff up is REALLY important, I mean stirred a LOT. And once the gun gets clogged it isn't going to work until you get it cleaned out.

I use to be a paint rep, you can't believe how many aerosol cans I use to take back on warranty that were fine. It's the same principle, a LOT of shaking is needed, and once you use the aerosol can you turn it up side down to blow out the tube and the nozzle. Do this every time and you can use an aerosol can until it's empty keeping it in between uses for years. People just don't take the time to shake them up and clear them out and they would bring them back to the store after spraying for two seconds.

I believe you are working with the same thing here, clean out that gun, then stir your stuff up good, if you can put it in the sun so get gets a little warm, stir stir stir and it will work. You have to think, if every one of those guns failed like yours the company who makes them would be out of business. Give it another try.

Well we are making progress I used a short piece of fuel ine to connect the 3/8 copper tubing to the gun.I was amazed it worked!!! Then I drilled some holes in the end squashed to tip of the tubing(give it back pressure) and it worked!! So I'm making progress. But weather is getting ready to get nasty so no work until nice sunny day.Maybe following weekend.I did manage to spray the beggining of the frame. To me it looks like epoxy primer.I'll go as far as the can lets me then think what to use to finish.I did thin the coating with universal laqure thinner. But maybe a little too much. But I'll try.
