Unfortunately no, there's no good way to get the cloth to hold. The good news is that it's not hard to get the headliner board down to do the repair. You're going to need to strip all the old foam off the board that the cloth was once attached to, and re-apply headliner cloth with foam attached to it. You'll only need about a yard and a half of this material, and it shouldn't cost you more than about $75, if that. Look at this thread to see the process: CLICK HERE
