What type of primer do I have to use on a classic car and what do I have to do with it?

paint primer ?
conventional primer is not moisture resistant and will allow rust so if youre not gonna paint it immediately then use the other kind of primer that is resistant to moisture or dont do the work to it until you have paint ready to apply
