need help

i got a sbc 355 i am needing to know what would be a good intake an what size holley carb to run

You have to supply more information about your engine(compression, cam, heads), the chassis its going into, intended use, axle ratio's, and what you expect out of it.

I have a1990mustang coupe 355 aluminium afr heads 202/190 doug herbert solid roller cam 11-5-1 forged trw pistons h beamrods 2speed glide wtransbrake 4-88 gear trying to set car up for 1/8 mile just need good intake an holley set up i think the cam is a585 lift dont have specs on me right now

What's the rpm range of the camshaft and what stall range in the converter?

The cam range is 3500 to 7500 stall is 4000 to 4500

Here's a lineup of Edelbrock manifolds for the SBC in your rev range. I'd probably begin with a Victor Jr. and 750 double pumper. Once I established a credible baseline, I might begin experimenting with spacers/turtles.

I will normally recommend a high-rise, dual-plane manifold such as an RPM if revs are 6500 or less and you're going to use a stall of 3000 or less, but your application will require more manifold, so the Victor Jr. single-plane would be a better fit in my opinion.
