need help with advice for paint booth

I am lloking to rent a place with pain booth. I am not sure what is the best way to go: rent with a booth and pay 2100 $ rent/mo or rent a place for 1000$/mo and buy booth. I was told that installation of booth is 10000$. pLUS BOOTH ITSELF 6000$ regulat cars. Please advice what to do. thank you.

From your post I am assuming you are a full time painter and this is going to be a business installation. If that is the case and you have an established history, I have been told that the major paint suppliers (PPG for sure) will sometimes install one of their paint booths in your facility at no cost in exchange for a long term contract for exclusive use of their paint products. In fact, in talking with the Shop Manager where I am having my '32 repainted, PPG did just that. This is a Chrysler/Ford Dealership, however, so they have a long and well established history to go by. But just something you might want to check into.
