Need help with breather line layout with new air cleaner

The 350 engine I'm putting in my 54 chev pu is from a 78 chev pu. It has the old air cleaner with the horn on it. When I want to put an aftermarket air cleaner in, I have no idea how to reroute the breather lines. I know I need a breather valve for the valve covers. But what about the air temp sensor in the cleaner? And the warm air intake from the exhaust manifold? Help!

you usually have to give up the hot air manifold on the aftermarket air cleaners, this device only enable faster warm up by heating the air before it goes in.
