Well the net lift with lash .016" is .514" on the exhaust side. (1.5:1 rocker)
If your valvetrain will handle that, you'd find that cam will really wakes up your 327. If not, a simple valve spring swap and maybe some spring seat shims to dial in the seat and open pressures.
Worth a call to Lunati. They'll help you with the details.
Needs to be degreed in for best results. I like to break in flat tappet cams using reduced spring pressure for the first bit of running time. (remove shims and or use old stock springs) Then change springs or add shims as required for correct installed height, change the oil and reset the valve lash and you're good to go.
A ZDDP anti wear additive like GM EOS is a good idea.
I think you'll really like that cam in your 327.
