Need help with crank gear.
I'm putting back together my small block and I need to remove the timing gear from the crank to install the new one. What is the best way to get it off the crank? Damper has been removed. Thanks for any advice or help.

A two arm puller works best, but you can start removing it with a crows foot pry bar and then a punch and hammer.
