Need help decoding
Can someone decode chevy big block casting# 3935439 Suffix# T06252BN
whats' BN ?

Check your other post for some answers.
 To determine which engine you actually have the # should be one of these i listed . IL/IQ = 390 HP engine and IM/IO = 400 HP engine and IT = 430 HP engine and IT/IU = 435 HP engine. The 390 hp is the L36, The400 hp is the L68 , and the 430 hp is the L88 , and the 435 HP is the L71/L89 version of the corvette.All the #s i have listed came from my book and all are corvette #s. And all i can find on the rest is T=Tonawanda 06=the month (JUNE) and 25 = 25th day and the rest i have no idea. I was also going to say look on the front of the block for a # above the water-pump.JMO
