Need Help decoding SBC Partial VIN

Guys,

I need help decoding a particial (I assume) VIN found on the front of a '74 or '75 SBC 400.

Please tell me anything that you can about "15J224574"

I have tried every GM VIN Code thread and/or site that I can find, but have been unable to "break the code".
