Need help determining wheel tire size

Currently I have 185X78-14 on front and a 255x55-15 on the back of my 39 Chevy truck. I need to lift the front due to low clearance and do not want to do any re-welding of the front suspension to raise it.

What would be the best tire set up to raise the front up about 2"?

Would 16 inchers work and look good all around.

Hope so one can help.

Thanks Lungs

almost 2" taller

185/75R14 24.9 tall 7.3 wide
New 215/75R14 26.7 tall 8.5 wide this will only give you about an inch lift
New 195/75R16 27.5 tall 7.7 wide

16 might be a better choice as it's closer to width of whats on it now
