Post need help with figuring HP and torque

I have been trying to figure the aproximate HP and torque that my engine produces-- I have the following combination:
'71 Chevy C-10 shortbed
350 chevy block with 4 bolt mains
bored 4.030
stroke 3.48
rods 5.75
flat top pistons with 11:1 comp
steel crank
Comp hydralic cam duration 254/264
.565 lift 114* lobe seperation
1.52 roller rockers
Heads are casting 993 ported and polished with
64cc chanmbers 2.02/1.60 valves
Team G intake single plane
Holley 750 single pump carb
36" total timing advance

Frist off you can only get 10.1 compression with a flat top piston and 64cc heads on a 350. And Desktop Dyno says 427HP @ 6500 RPM and 373 torque @ 5500 RPM

Also the 993 castings are 76cc unless you had some major milling done.Your compression will be like 9.25:1
