Need help finishing tuning my engine

Im a newbie here seaking some help. To start off i have an erratic rpm gauge needle. It goes up and down mostly during start up and sometimes when I'm cruising at a constant speed. I don't know if I might have a misfire, vacuum leak, timing is off, or maybe it's just the cam that causes this. Here are the specs on my cam http://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/c...?csid=143&sb=2
The engine barely has 50 miles since break in. Any help would be appreciated

When the RPM gauge is doing so, do you hear the engine doing the same?
