Need help for flywheel cover on 64 Vette

I'm posting this for my Dad. He is mating a new 350 crate motor (GM p# 12496968) to a muncie 4 speed in his 64 Vette. The flywheel is 12 3/4" diameter and is a post-1985 type for 1 piece rear main seals. The starter is a new corvette style part # 10455702. We have been trying to figure out which flywheel cover will fit.

There are some covers at Zip which have 2 7/8" or 3 1/4" holes. Any idea which one will fit? Can the stock one be trimmed to fit?
