need help for a good sparkplug choice

ok guys...got yet another question for the board on my 86 pontiac grand am....it has the tech 4 banger engine with an automatic and im wondering what sparkplugs would be good for an engine with almost 209,000.6 miles on it....believe it or not for being an outragiously high milage engine it dont smoke knock or anything like that...i just changed the oil,oil filter,and air filter.what type of plugs do yall recomend...thanks,

How about a set of stock AC Delco plugs as originally installed by GM from the factory?

or wait... how about those Denso Iridium's. you'll only spens $42 on spark plugs lol. i agree with Edge, stick to the factory. unless you have a modded engine, spark is spark... it all lights the fuel. unless you buy Accell products, then none of those seem to work. cheap 'ol $2 AC plugs will work. make sure the gap is set. even if they are pregapped from the factory. i got a set that were "pre gapped" and it cost me a LOT more money then it should on stuff that wasnt bad because the gap was .040 bigger then what the factory called for and it caused a few problems. better safe then sorry.

Goos old AC Delco, best bang for your buck (unless you can get an autolite equivilant lol) also ran bosch platinums in my car for a few thousand miles wiothout any problems
