Post need help on headers

I got the money to buy some headers for my car and i need some suggestions by tomorrow if possible? The car is a 68 Camaro RS 327 cid.

I want the gargling sound

Muffler type will have the most to do with the sound. After that exhaust pipe diameter/length and exit point.

Spend the extra money and get good headers. Make sure you get the thicker flange.

I just bought Heddman ceramic coated for my wife's vette. The best looking set I have ever seen. (except BBB LOL)

1 3/4 headers, hooker super comps are your best bet, and then run a 2 1/2 exaust system after that with some flowmaster 40 series,that will give you your sound

Hooker super comps 1 3/4", hard to beat for the $$$, been running a set on my 68 for years.

Would 1-3/4 be too big for a 327? I agree with 2-1/2 exhaust.
