Arrow

The 3310-2 is supposed to be a vacuum operated secondary with a metering plate instead of a jet plate. I suspect someone has put the main body on a double pumper throttle plet. The plate usually has the # stamped on it to match the carb. I believe the 750 dp carb was a 4778.The other #'s you asked about are production date codes.

Sounds like someone put one together with other parts. Might be ok, might not. Hard to tell without trying it out.

You are correct on the site. They must have changed it. I used a few months ago to check the carbs I built.
I will go back and edit it out.
The carb part number is on the front top of the choke housing. The top one is the carb #.
