Need help I.D.> B/W T-10> GM

I'm looking to pick up a nice 4 speed for my new project and came across a T-10- or ST-10, not sure which due to the tail shaft?

The case # is> 13-04-065-903
and has F P C 4 under that,
looks like date code is 1978 or 1979

The tail is hard to make out 13-04-066-908 ( or 903) ?

The input shaft is a Fine spline with NO rings
And the tail shaft is a 350 Yoke, ( not a 400 yoke)?

I'm usually prettygood with finding the info i need on these 4 speeds, but this on has me stumped. The only T-10 i know of with a fine front and a 350 tail is an 1982 Camaro box, but the shifter is in the right side of the tail, this is correct on the left.

ANY help would be great, and give me an idea what i should offer this guy if the guts are good.

Also if you know what the first gear is suppose to be that would help.

Thanks

W/o the partial VIN, it might be an '82 F-body Pontiac w/3,42 low, alum. case, 350 output.

The partial VIN is usually stamped on the passenger-side boss.
Example: 1BN100005 = Chevy, 1981, Norwood, 5th vehicle

What is the date code? It's stamped on the driver side of the case. The next to the last number is the last digit of the year.
Example: WB2472 = Warner Gear, B =February, 24, 1977, 2nd shift.
