Need help identifying this part

This came out of my 51 Chevy truck im not sure if it’s the clutch or e brake bracket assembly
Any help would be appreciated

I dont see a lock on it so I would venture to say that it's a clutch bracket.

I didn't think the clutch had a bracket like that. It looks like the bracket that attaches to the floor and inner fender with the parking brake running through.

That’s exactly what it does advanced design so it must be the e brake bracket thanks for the help

Parking Brake Assembly.

Worth about $40. Stovebolt.com has a free parts section. Someone there could probably use it.
