Need help identifying these rings

I found this set of rings for a V8 on the shelf. Need to know what they are for before I or someone else could possibly use them. I have searched the web and found nothing. I believe they may have come with a basket case 401 Nailhead that I picked up a few years ago. Anyone have old parts manuals?

59-66 Buick 401 std. bore is what I found.
