need help iding this gauge cluster


Well we think it's late 40's early 50's made by AC "delco" and its 6 volt. Thanks

looks like it make (chrome part) a great steering wheel center and horn ring and rest your hands on the top of the grooves that are to the side of the center. change the odom numbers to letters to spell out the make. but i'm crazy
