Need Help selecting Rear End Gears

I've come to a snag on the Sonoma Project. It's been changed to a 4x4 with a 4" lift and 33's. My problem lies in the rear end. Its a Ford 9", but is empty, I still need to purchase a diff and gears. My question though is, What size do I use? here is the info on the trans:
Borg Warner T56 6-speed Manual
Gear Ratios : 2.66, 1.78, 1.30, 1.00, .74, .50
Spline : 26 input/27 output
Torque Rating : 450 lb-ft
The engine will be about 500 fuel injected non nitrus hp. with around the same in torque. And again, the tire are 33's. I was thinking of 4.11's?

Thanks again for your time.........

My brother has 33s on an old '76 Ford 4x4 and runs 4:56 gears. Seems to do okay but it winds up quite a bit at about 60-65. Kinda depends if you plan on highway miles or just off road h*ll raising!!

I'd definately keep it at or under 4:11's. If I'm not mistaken he's (brother) running about 3K or maybe just a little higher at 60-65 with his arrangement. I would think that at 60-65 you'd wanna keep it in the 2200-2500 +/- range. I am definately not a master at calculating something like this....I would pressume that one of these "experts" knows of a formula to figure this out.

I just picked up a set of 3:89's for my Mustang. I'm starting to wonder if I should have went taller myself.

Well Guys, Thanks for the help, Looks like I'm stuck with 4.57's or equivalent. Even at that ratio, I'm doing 64.5 mph at 1500 rpm. So with the 500 or so hp I should have, I'll be basically cruising at Idle.

Or Can I get taller gears? Sorry about this whole post, Should of checked the KB first. Had Just what I needed.

You can't go wrong with 4:11 gears and 33" tires. If you are a rock crawler you can go lower, but their is no need with 500 ponies. Just do a locker and 4:11's

Yea, Well I found out that I'll be having to go with 5.88's even with those I'll be around 1800 rpm at 60 mph. in 6th and about 2600 at 60 in 5th. But thanks anyway for your help.
