Question need help to turn a 350 tbi into a rollerized 383 tbi

I have a friend at work that could use some help turning his 350 tbi in his 89 chevy pickup into a rollerized 383. He does not have access to the internet so I have been trying to find info for him, but I am not that internet savy. His goal is to re-use his throttle body which I told him would limit his selection on heads and intakes. I would like to know if anyone knows of any aftermarket intakes and heads for throttle body injection that would help him out. He is hoping for it to produce around 350hp. He would also like to know if anyone knows where he could buy a complete roller kit. We know he will need to get a roller cam, roller lifters, better pushtubes, and guides. We know that he will probably need 9.5 to one compression and that he could also get roller rockers with more throw to them to increase the opening speed and amount of the valves. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again guys.

Bradless, you'll probably want to contact Scoggin-Dickey Chevrolet. You'll want to use 96 and up Vortec Heads, and they make a TBI compatbile intake for these heads, you'll not want to get too carried away with the camshaft if you intend to retain the throttle body injection, as a matter of fact, they recommend the factory Vortec Cam for this application. These items, along with the longer stroke, ought to really make some brute torque. If you use a roller cam, you'll need a computer compatable grind from Crane, Comp or even a GM grind.

WITH ADDED CU IN WITH TBI YOU WILL HAVE TO INCREASE INJECTOR SIZE TO COMPENSATE ALSO A MATTER OF REPROGAMING WITH PROM CHIP OR PROGRAMMER [HYPERTECH] TO CHANGE FUEL,TEMP AND IGNITION CURVES FOR OPT. PERFORMANCE.
