I'm thinking about buying a 1998 Dodge 2500 pick up; 5.9L Diesel; 24v; 98,000 mi. VIN: 1B7KC236XWJ233219

It appears to be in great shape but the dealer can't tell me if it has the following options:

1. Anti-Spin Differential Axle
2. Towing package
3. ABS

Would anyone know a quick and easy way to find out? Would it be on a plackard on the body or elsewhere on the truck? Original purchase info can't be found.

There should be a tag on the underside of the hood, towards the grill, with the package info on it, including limited slip and gear ration info. Not sure on the ABS, though I think it would be standard.
