Need info on a Buick 231 Odd Fire rebuild for a 1940 Packard Rat Rod project

Ok, don't laugh...

I am putting a '75, 231 odd fire w/TH350 into a 1940 Packard 110 Business coupe. The engine is out of a 75 Buick Skyhawk "S" model and has spent the last 4 years on a floor garage in Indiana. I am doing a complete rebuild on it.
I have a line on some heads from a 77 odd fire (not the even fire swap mid year) that have been rebuilt recently and not used. Will they bolt on? This will save me a few bucks and some time if they do...

My block # is 1249432
Original heads are 1249175
The new heads are 12577661

Thanks,
George

I couldnt tell you , but I can tell you that a hollander interchange book would be the place to look.Maybe someone here has one. The local salvage yards used to have that stuff but that goes a long way back. Sure wish I had a few of them laying around

The #1257661 (not 12577661) heads were used from '77-'78, according to my info. The heads should work w/o problem.
