I have the hutchins hustler like your talking about and love it,Its reliable and seems to cut faster than the cheaper ones.I've heard hutchins makes an orbital version now,I hear it will make mud flatter than the old one.I talked to a guy that does all his blocking to 320g with the orbital on the cheap jobs and loves it.

Yep,doesn't look as heavy duty does it?Maybe its more for finishing rather than hogging with 36-80g.

Just my 0.2,but I like the dynabrade. It just seems smoother, and I have never had a problem out of it.It is also lighter.

I have one of the Hutchins orbital ones. It is great for roughing stuff in, but no good for finish type of work. The board on mine is not straight enough for that. I have talked to other people and they have had the same problem. It may just be the way it is attached, as the part that makes it orbital is in the middle and the board is attached to rubber blocks on each end.
