need remote booster help

I made a frame for a 66 Rolls, removed the sub frame from the car & bolted
it to the new frame. Installed a crate motor/700r4/9".

I then put the project aside 3 yrs ago because I did not have room for a power boosted on the frame & did not know which direction to go to get power brakes.

Does any one know here I can get directions on how to mount a remote booster(trunk mount type) for a disc/drum system. Also where can I get
one with out paying a arm & leg.

Thanks Don

What about the kind of booster that runs off your power steering pump? They are a lot smaller than the standard vacuum assist kind. Check out Classic Performance Products web site. They sell the system.

There also is no room for a hydroboost, just room for a master cylinder.
I also did a google search & it was of little help.

Anyone have experience with a remote booster.....There must of been a car
or small truck that used it.

I ran a remote booster on my 36 Pickup for years. It was mounted on a bed cross member. The plumbing was basically from the MC to the booster then to the appropriate wheels. I used a small vacuum canister with a check valve in the line to the booster. When I purchased the booster, I had a choice between a large and small one and selected the small booster. I think the booster came from Chassis Engineering, but that was over thirty years ago when I installed it and the old memory is no longer a steel trap.
