Need some help with 350 sbc 1 piece rear main seal housing

Hello guys I am trying to put my one piece rear main seal housing on my 350 sbc and I have the four bolts that goes with it but there seem to be another hole that looks like it takes a hollow dowel pin of some sorts to keep it from getting off centered when you tighten it down and I don't know what to look for to get for that. Does it take some sort of dowel alignment pin to keep it in place or something? Hope someone can help me out since this is my first one I am doing.
Thanks
Eric

It's a steel split sleeve, 7/16" (compressed into the block hole) OD x 13/16" long w/a 1/16" wall.

Wow cobalt thank you from the bottom of my heart man I appreciate it a lot. I live in a very small town and I have two local auto part stores and one hardware store. Where does a person get stuff like this? I have no GM dealership around me even close. Thanks for the info.

Your local parts store should have a bin with them. Cole
