Hey guys i thought it was a bad motor too so i took it off and went and exchanged it for a nother motor off a new compressor at the store. watched the guy take it off myself. brought it home and hooked it back up like is should be and went to turn it on and nothing. now what we have it hooked up to a 30amp double breaker for it. and ran the wire to the compressor, at the switch we have juice, cause we used a test light, we even tested the switch to see if it was bad and when we held the tester on and clicked to to turn on it let the light go off and clicked it off the light went back on the tester, we checked the wires in the back of the motor and they are all hot too. so what else is there to check,. i'll be here to hear from you all. thanks so far, for the response.
