Need Some Plumbing Ideas..Stuck..!!!

Her's the Problem........Motor is a ZZ502 With the Stock Intake.
The Fan senser for my new Electronic Controller Has to see and feel the motor side of the coolant before it out flows from the Thermostat. As of now the old sender I am using is mounted in the thermo housing above the Thermostat.

Of course the water is always above 190* which does me no good as it will always be above 190...in which case the senser will never shut off the fans.

The General only gave me 2 outlets.. one for the temp senser and one for the heater. I do not want to interrupt the heater outlet due to the Russell Plumbing and proximity of the Fuel Line which is directly above the heater outlet fitting.. They are tied together with clamps....See pic's.

I thought about a "T" fitting at the temp senser area but am concerend that the coolant will not flow up into the fittings and give the propper readings.
...........................Comments welcome about this...........

I have a ThermoStat Extention Housing with NPT holes for sensers and or hose connections ..But there is no shelf milled out for the T Stat to locate it on top.

Can't drill out the Manifold as there is no Boss Anywhere else and I am Concerened about the thickness of the intake for a 3/8" "NPT" thread.

Can't Put it in the CYL Head as the Header Flanges cover the Plug.:mad

Thought about the By-Pass Hose from the intake to the Water Pump .....But What to use??

The Fan Senser is 3/8" NPT... The Temp Senser is 1/2" NPT...:confused

So ***... Any Ideas????

JUst Checked that out but it looks like it's not milled out for the thermo on top.

I have to raise the thermostat up above the manifold. But some one just sent me this ...

This one is milled for a thermostat on top.

Thanks for your reply..
