need some tips for sbc

hey guys I'm 16 and i just got my first truck and i want to do a budget build sbc . i already have a 350 with hooker headers, vortec heads, high rise intake, and holly carb. this stuff came on the motor when i got the truck but i was wondering if what i could do to make my motor to have at least 400 hp if its possible with $2000 but I'm pretty certain it is and what i could do to make it spin instead of hooking a booking. oh ya it has 373 gears with a posi rear end with a stage to shift kit in 700r tranny. any advise will be appreciated. thanks

Please don't double post, read the board guidelines. I've merged your other thread here.

According to this nearly 9 year old thread you dug up this evening you already claimed to have this engine.
cheap engine build on a chevy 350

I'm going to say the same thing to you I said to another kid last night. Be straight with people here. Be consistent and don't pretend to have something that you don't have. You're 16 and people here are more than willing to help you but be straight up and honest with everybody.
