Need suggestions for sbc 1 pc oil pan gasket

I have a 77-79 sbc 350 drivers dip stick. I want a one piece, thin front seal oil pan gasket. I have a fel-pro FEL-PRO OS34510T (thick), that will never seal with my stock timing cover and stock oil pan. Summit has fel-pro OS34509T and FPP-1885 gaskets that might work. Which one do I order? Thanks for your help, Tom

The thick front pan seal(OS34510T) is correct for a 75-79 oil pan. If it is too thick, you must have a pre 75 oil pan which takes the thin front seal. Timing covers are the same.

Lay the pan flat(pan rails down) on the floor and measure from the floor to the highest point at the front seal mating point. The distance is 2 3/8 for the thick and 2 1/4 for the thin.
