The turn signals quit working when brakes are applied and someone has been in there re-wiring a tilt steering column from another vehicle (don't know what vehicle). I really need a wiring diagram to see where all these modified wires are suppose to go.

Don't know if this will help, but all GM use pretty much the same color codes off the column plug.

Black Horn

Light blue Left front turn signal

Dark blue Right front turn signal

Brown Hazard flasher

Purple Turn signal flasher

Yellow Left rear stop light and turn signal

Dark Green Right rear stop light and turn signal

White Stop light switch.

May be 2 more wires in that switch

a pink wire paired with a black wire

These two wires are for the "Key in Ignition" buzzer, in the event you have that.

For what it is worth,
All of GM turn switches from about 69 up into the late 80s are pretty much the same wiring.. (includes Dodge truck tilt columns to about 92)
Somewhere in the 70s they changed the connectors so early and late connectors will not mate, but I believe that GM can still get the jumper to mate the two connector bodies

Send some of that stuff over here-----have not seen any rain here for a very long time----I have 3 acres of brown dead scrub. Even a few trees dying off in my area.

Yes I looked at your location before posting and was hesitant to mention the rain here. I was hoping you guys would get some rain from tropical storm Lee, but from what it shows on the national weather service 7-day forcast for San Antonio, you'll likely be dry a while longer.
Hopefully you'll get some H2O soon.
