Need Your Help guys....Tranny swap
I've currently have an m22 in my 72 chevelle, and I'm replacing it with a 6 speed out of a 96 z-28. Do you guys have any links to retailers that have kits to make this swap a breeze? Or any tips on how to fab something up to make it fit. What will I encounter with this swap as far as interior mods and chassis?

You didn't say if the Chevelle is SBC or BBC but if it's a SB, there's an adapter on Summit's website for installing the T-56 tranny to a traditional small block. Here's the link...

Classic Chevy 5speeds (do a search on these guys--or Tremec)
I know that is not a Tremec but there could be info here that could help you. Tranny tunnel WILL have to be modified. Bryan
