Neer Recomendation on Front Steer Spindloes

I need recommendations for a car model that uses strut type front suspension with spindles that have the steering arm forward of the front spindles steering axis. I plan to retrofit the strut assemblies into a 3300# PT Cruiser being converted to RWD. It would be a plus if drum brakes were available for these spindles and 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern would also save effort. Part of the plan is to replace the lower control arms so there is no need for compatability with the stock PT control arms .

PS -- If anyone else ventures this path a front clip might make a lot more sense, but it is too late for me.
