i just got my rear end for my 67 beaumont (chevelle) im ready to put the axles in its a moser rear end with posi 373gears in it with 33 splines for axels what kind of rear end fluid and do i have to add an additive for the posi please help me out.

If you are breaking-in a new ring and pinion use the gear manufacturer's recommendation for break-in. I always use synthetic differential lube 100% in everything. Use a good posi-additive as recommended. The slightly inceased expense is irrelavent compared to what you just spent.

Most high quality synthetic gear lubes already have the friction modifier in them so additional additives are redundant.
