The new "Cammer", in an Edsel? All Opinions Wanted

If I buy the 5.0L Cammer and drop it into my 59 edsel what kind of modifications will i have to do to get it to fit? Or will it fit? She's got a 292 under the hood right now, but it doesnt run. Good idea or bad idea? What do you think?

both the cammer and in particular the huffed cobra 4.6 are very expensive engines. especially with tranny and computer. you might consider mounting a 532 big block instead, its a much cheaper and in my view more fun engine...
